Help with code please!

I am trying to put Last Lap Designs In my top downloads links and everytime i try to click it I get internet explorer cant display page and when i go back to look at the address to the link it just shows http://lastlapdesigns./ It losses the rest of it. A buddy of mine said he thinks if its another php nuke link you have to put it in some special code but we cant figure it out PLEASE HELP!!

The link should be "/index.php" instead of "_http://astlapdesigns.freephpnuke.org/".

well somewhat but it cant just be "/index.php" all by itself can it im very uneducated as far as this goes if you can just put the whole link here would make the world to me, Thanks a million

in the top sites block on the side of my page I have other links there and they work fine but this link wont. Here is my site and i have the link in there but it wont work, North American Motorsports

Thank you for your help but it didnt work lol and when i went back to check it it automaticly changed it to
%3Ca%20href=%22http://astlapdesigns.freephpnuke.com%22%20target=_blank%2 2%3ELast%20Lap%20Designs%3C/a%3E
all by itself I dont understand
