1. Go to the Modules Administration > Flash Games > Database options > select "First Time Install of pnFlashGames v0.6b (free)" > select Yes for the question "Are you sure you want to ' Create ' the FlashGames Database Tables?"
2. Go back to Flash Games Administration > Game options > click the Upload files link > click the ratio button next to "Game Screenshot", click browse to select the image from your computer (ex: abc.jpg) and press Upload button. After the Game Screenshot is uploaded, click Browse button again to upload the flash game file (ex: abc.swf).
3. After uploaded them, scrolldown to the Add New Game section. Type in the game name, game image (abc.jpg), swf game file (abc.swf), select the game category and click the Add Game button.
4. Now go Blocks Administration > Add a new block > select Flashgames arcade from the "file name" drop-down box > Create block.
5. Go to your site home page to see if it works or not. Please let me know if you have any questions or anything i can help you with.

Can you tell me what exact steps you are doing and where do you get this error? When adding a new game?
