I've added this feature in Extra Settings module.
Please check "No" in "Auto scroll Shout Box" if you don't want it scroll.

for more attractive, can u give me at list 10 msg to view at the stick shout box? That shout box is to short.. only 4 msg visitor can view.

Hi there,

You should choose Shout Box item in Administration Menu.
Please set "Number of shouts shown in Shout Box" look like this.
